    Description

    This
    Mid-Century 1955 Card Table
    was commissioned  to advertise the 160th Anniversary of Jim Beam Distillers and is an excellent example of Advertising Art in the 1950s. The illustration by Rex Werner is titled
    "Dangerous Dan McGrew"
    and is signed in the lower right of the card table top. The card table stands 26 1/2" tall with the wooden legs extended and the top measures 30" X 30" including the wooden frame. The table weighs close to 8 lbs.
    The illustration has a few dings and scratches but is in very good shape for a 66 year old card table that has seen many memorable card games and gatherings of family and friends. The date AUG291955 is stamped on the back of the top.
