This is a full size, empty, no chips or cracks decanter. It was produced  with permission from the Jim Beam Brands for the I.A.J.B.B.S.Clubs. It was produced in 1995 to Commemorate the 200 th. Anniversary of the Jim Beam Brands and also the 25 th.  anniversary of the Jim Beam Clubs. The Convention was held in Louisville, Ky. that year the Home of the Jim Beam Brands. This is a like new decanter with it's original box. These decanters were never filled.
