This is a full size, no chips or cracks decanter. It was produced by the Jim Beam Brands for their very popular Wheels series. This is the Blue 29 Model A Ford Phaeton Police Car. This car was produced for general issue.  It was displayed only, but see pictures for minor condition signs of use/dust/scratches/scuffs/
Black roof might have a coupe specs of white paint from ceiling

Tape for roof kind of lost stick, see pictures, but will leave to new owner to fix that. Common issue with these age related. Comes with Box and papers.
Bottom packaging fits the car in box, not other packaging original is there.
