Designed in 1978 by the Embosograph Company of Chicago and manufactured by C. Miller Regal China for Jim Beam t
he classic "Candlestick  Phone" was the first in a series of Historic Porcelain Telephone Decanters sold to help support the AT&T Telephone Pioneers Infant Hearing Assessment Foundation.
This decanter is the first production sample from Miller signed "M" in gold and engraved 1/9/78 with an acceptance date of the design by Embosograph as 1/25/78. It is from product manager (Ed Jaffe) personal display at the Embosograph showroom. The handset earpiece and mouthpiece attachments are plastic.
